(B) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA PROGRAMME
Candidates must posses at least a third class in the first Degree either from any recognized University or Higher National Diploma (HND/ADVANCED DIPLOMA) of Polytechnic/institutes with grades not below lower credit in relevant field of study or equivalent professional qualification.
MASTER DEGREE PROGRAMME
(i) Candidates must posses a good honours degree not
below second class lower of any recognized University.
(ii) Candidates with professional qualification like COREN,
NIM, ICAN, CIB, CILT, NIMARK etc may be considered.
(iii) Candidates with minimum weighted score of 60%
(PGD Programme) from any recognized University also
Will be considered.
N.B: All candidates must have five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at the ‘O’ Level, as basic requirements.
(C) DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME
i. Postgraduate Diploma Programme Minimum of two (2) Semesters
and Maximum of (4) Semester.
ii.Master Degree Programme Minimum of Three (3) Semesters Maximum of five
(5) Semesters.
(D) Form fee = Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only. (N7,500)

i. Three credits at one sitting or four credits at two sittings in WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/TCII or appropriate equivalents, 2 of these credits must be in the two core subjects of the candidates chosen combination or discipline.

ii. Recognized professional certificate plus 3 credits at 2 sittings or certificate of proficiency issued by the college or other institutions recognised by the Academics Board of AOCOED plus 2 credits at one sitting or 3 credits at 2 sittings of GCE?SSCE?NECO?NABTEB?TCII.

iii. Candidates with less than minimum requirement should come in for discussion.

Candidates must posses at least four or five o’level credits in relevant subjects to include English and / or Mathematics depending on the field of study at not more than two sittings.

(2) HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA OND or appropriate equivalent in relevant areas with a minimum of lower credit or a pass plus five or four o’level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings.
